Do I need to pick a specific time?Pick tickets for an available date and arrive anytime between 6:30pm-10:30pm! We suggest arriving as early as possible.

Can I change the date on my tickets?Yes. Please connect with us on the CONTACT page of our website for more information.

What time do I arrive?The attraction is open select dates from 6:30pm-10:30pm. We suggest arriving earlier in the night, but you are welcome to attend at any time on the date of your tickets.

Are there any discounts or promos?Yes. Visit the DISCOUNTS page on our website for any current discount codes and promos.

Do you offer group discounts?Yes, we offer a private wagon for up to 25 people, as well as large group discounts. Please use the CONTACT page on the website for more information.

Are there discounts for children?We do often offer discounts. There are no child specific discounts. Each rider must have their own ticket. We do not recommend the experience for young children. We suggest limiting entry to guests 13+ years of age. Find out more by visiting the DISCOUNTS page.

Can I cancel my tickets?All ticket sales are final. We do offer an option to reschedule your tickets. Please use the CONTACT US page on the website for more information.

Is the event outdoors?Yes, the event is completely outdoors. The event is rain or shine. We suggest planning for the weather and wearing closed toe shoes.

Does the event have parking?Yes. Music City Raceway does provide paid parking at the event. You may also be picked-up and dropped-off with Rideshare apps.

How long is the wait time?We do not use a traditional line, but rather a placeholder card for when it is your turn to ride while you wait in our Scare Zone Lounge with Food Trucks, Entertainment & Concessions. Wait times may vary from night to night.

Can I bring my bag?We allow small purses and wallets. No backpacks, or luggage. Please plan accordingly before attending.

Prohibited Items & BehaivorPlease be respectful of other guests. We do not allow obscene behavior, foul language, weapons, props, alcohol, drugs, masks, full face makeup or any illicit or illegal objects.

If it is too scary, what do I do?Standing or exiting the ride unassisted by staff is strictly prohibited. We ask that you remain calm and contact an actor or staff for immediate staff assistance.

Can I ride again?Each ticket admits guests for 1 ride. VIP ticket holders have the option to ride multiple times on the same day.

Experience, Strobe Lights & Fog. What to expect?This event is an immersive experience with various elements, that may include haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations such as fog, scent, mist and wind. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.

Can I take photos & videos?Yes! You may take photos and videos on the ride without flash or the camera light illuminated.

Will the actors touch us?No. The actors will not touch you, and we ask that you never touch the actors!

Can I wear a costume?Yes. We do allow costumes. We do not allow masks or full face make-up, props or prop weapons.

This temporary amusement attraction is outside and is accessible. Use care when walking on the premises, recognizing that there may be debris or uneven outdoor dirt/hay trails and surfaces.
